The Client Success and Business Intelligence team is at the heart of StyleSage, and is responsible for developing and maintaining client partnerships, surfacing user insights, consulting with clients, analysis training, and providing an amazing user experience by facilitating product feedback and technical integration for our clients. We apply product, business, and technical knowledge to match up our solution's capabilities with our client's business requirements and strategies, and provide ongoing product education and advice to ensure our users maximize their use of our data.

This is an opportunity for an entry level Client Success Analyst role with 6 months - 2 years of experience (internship experience accepted) in a client-facing role with a demonstrated level of tech-savviness, resourcefulness, and diplomacy. We are a growing team and this role will be actively involved in contributing to our continually evolving business.

What you'll do

  • Evangelize the product - Learn the StyleSage platform inside and out and understand how our tool can be leveraged to help make better data-driven decisions in the world of fashion and retail.
  • Assist with day-to-day client support and carrying out our business units initiatives. Including but not limited to:
    • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting reports, client correspondence recaps, feature request logs and user engagement reports.
    • Analyze client user behavior and usage activity, and generate reporting for key client meetings and marketing efforts.
    • Support research and insights projects designed to enhance clients' businesses.
    • Help client success teams with on-boarding, training, data delivery, and data interpretation needs.
    • Work with the CS team to deliver insights from the platform to our clients.
    • Driving the execution of process improvements/automation. Including researching and integrating new softwares.
    • StyleSage Support Center/Knowledge Base management such as adding FAQs and updating training content.
    • Assist the CS team in the running of trials with prospective clients.
    • Review and resolution of support tickets.
    • Maintaining our CRM database.
  • Other account management, client service, industry research and strategy recommendation duties as assigned.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Senior Executives; report directly to the Director of Client Success & Business Intelligence.

  • You scan for new ideas/processes, are able to absorb them and translate them into action. You're not afraid of technical concepts and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Intermediate G-Suite & Microsoft user.
  • Organized, analytical, self-sufficient and scrappy.
  • Solid professional writing and verbal communication skills. Meticulous especially in communication of status, asking questions, task tracking, note-taking and troubleshooting. You more often update your manager rather than your manager following up with you. Attention to detail is paramount.
  • Quick to prioritize tasks and focus on client goals while keeping track of the latest changes and news in the client's respective field.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Applicants must either be living in NYC or within reasonable commute distance. Due to the pandemic, we are working from home remotely until January 2022 when we will reassess a return to our office in Manhattan.
