The Neons by OPI collection introduces six new shades, which will be available as OPI nail lacquers for fans. Each new color — from the trendy highlighter yellow to a deeper teal — will be available as monochromatic Converse shoes; including the classic Chuck Taylor All Star High Tops and summery Converse One Star slides.
